So in my desperate attempt to fix several water damaged keys, I took apart my MacBook a1342 but then decided that it was not worth fixing. I'm trying to put it back together and use it with an external keyboard, but the logic board seems difficult to reconnect. Right beneath where the battery goes, there's a strange blue ribbon cable. I know where it goes, but I don't know how to connect it. Help? There were also a bunch of pronged cables to the logic board...the Internet can't seem to tell me how to reattach those, so I superglued them back in place. Anyway, how do I attach all these logic board cables that seem to have no method of sticking back into place? Thanks.

We have some repair guide videos that may help, but those cables are generally hard to reattach and take some practice. You need to get enough slack to be able to slide it in straight.
