I recently replaced logic board for my MacBook (661-4576 Late 2007)
SKU# GS13891661. I placed it in my unit and turned it on and everything
worked just fine. However, once I put my battery back in, the system
will no longer startup at all. I removed the battery and tried to
restart it without the battery and it still will not startup. Do you
have any suggestions as to what may be wrong at this point? It was
perfectly fine until I placed the battery back in the unit.

I would try a PRAM reset. You can do this by holding down Apple-Option-P-R during boot or taking out the battery, disconnecting the power, and holding down the power button for 10 seconds.
