Hello,
I am trying to replace my keyboard with a replacement I bought here. I am having an issue removing on screw in the back corner and another in the battery bay. Are there any hints?

I just had a problem with a screw on the hard drive case today. I ended up using vice grip pliers, and it worked nicely.
