just returned from ecuador--very very humid there......screen goes totally dead-----as in black black---have to hold the power button to turn it off--can get it to turn on but it does the same thing---now it won't even turn on--very bad sign--I have the manual to take it apart-maybe it's wet....very wet or well, dead.
what say yee?

very probably a bad battery even though it was new eight months ago--will disconnect the battery and see if it repeats on power only-----cheers
