Hi,
The front bezel of my screen (MacBook White 13'') is broken, and I want to change a new one. But I want to know if the product they sell are genuine (Apple). Is necessary for the Apple service center to validate my warranty for a defect with the LCD.

Yes our bezels are from Apple. We are not affiliated with Apple, so any warranty you have does not concern us. For an authorized Apple service center, they will want to validate your warranty.
