Help!

Post subject: Complete loss of AirPort signal  Posted: Wed Dec 05, 2007 2:14 am |

Hi,
I tried to connect to an open wireless network, and when I switched on AirPort, there was no signal. I ran Network Diagnostics and it said that AirPort had failed. I can't think why this is, does anyone have any suggestions?

Does your airport work fine on other wireless networks? If not, it is probably an issue with your airport card. If it does work on other networks, but doesn't even detect this particular one, it is probably something wrong with the access point's configuration.
