MacBook Pro 15 (A1150) dark screen

Hi. This is Patricia from Argentina.
I have a Macbook Pro 15 - A1150 model with the dim (dark) screen. It works great with an external monitor. Al the simptoms indicated that it was the inverter damage.
I bought the inverter replacement here, It arrived to me and yesterday I had replaced it.
I had no luck. The screen is still dark.
Can anyone tell me what else can I do or what could be the problem now?

for backlight issues, it is usually the inverter board or the inverter cable. After that, it is more rare, but it can be the backlight in the LCD panel itself or worst case scenario the main logic board. You may want to send it to us or take it somewhere at this point so they can try out the rest of the possible parts without you having to order and reorder until you find it.
