Thank you PbMedic for your instructive videos!
The video instruction for changing the glass panel looks so easy. But they are practicing on a not-broken panel. I have three broken 13" , all of them broken in a vertical line 1-2 cm from the edge of the screen. Is that a coincidence or a known weakness? Anyway, I can imagine that removing a cracked screen is not so simple as seen in the video. What are your experiences out there?

It's actually easier as you don't have to worry as much about damaging the LCD if it is already broken.
