 Post subject: Macbook Pro asked me to Shutdown and restart

I never seen this before but my macbook pro 2.5 non unibody gave a mesesge "hold down the power button and restart"

the screen went to faded black with english and other languges

that would be a kernel panic. Kernel panics are typically either from something corrupt in the operating system, bad RAM, or a bad logic board. I would try booting from your install cd first and scanning the drive for errors.
