Hello,
Just got through replacing the left IO board on a macbook pro due to AC port issue. New board went in ok, AC port working correctly. However, now I get no sound whatsoever from the on-board speakers. Even when I plug in a set of headphones I get nothing.
I'm thinking I was shipped a bum board. Anyone have any suggestions?

39 views and not 1 suggestion?
Any thoughts on why the Magport would work, but the sound would not?
