I have a Macbook Pro 17" (A1151) and I'd like to transfer parts to a Macbook Pro 17" (A1229).
Would I encounter any problems, or are the parts interchangeable?
Here are the parts in question:
Keyboard
Hard Drive/Bluetooth Flex Cable
8x double-layer SuperDrive
Internal Bluetooth card
Internal Airport card

the superdrive and airport card shouldn't be a problem. The others you probably will.
