Okay I have a MacBook Pro 17" and when unplugged it drops completely powers off. Battery will not charge and the light indicaters on the battery do not come on. I have already replaced the battery and it did not solve the issue.
What possible internal components would I need to order and do you stock them?
Thank you very much Mike

It is usually going to end up being the logic board if a known working battery did not fix the problem, but if someone has been inside the machine, you may want to remove the RAM cover on the bottom and make sure the battery cable there is connected properly and doesn't have any damage.
We can special order the boards but they are very expensive. I would definitely check with Apple if you still have a warranty.
