I was disassembling my laptop t put in a new hinge and accidently pulled the speaker cable out off the logic board. Is there a way to reattach it?

You can attempt to solder it back on the board, but unless you've got good soldering equipment and are highly experienced, that likely won't work. The best way to fix it is to replace the board unfortunately.
