 Post subject: Power Inverters

Has anyone used a power inverter, via a car battery, to power an ibook G4? Going on a trip, need the computer. Didn't want to get Apple's unit as it would be specific to that computer. The inverter I'd like to use is available from meritline.com "120W Power Inverter" Reasonable cost, but I don't want fry the motherboard

Thanks for any help.
