 Post subject: Powerbook 17 "broken

My powerbook not fonction correctly, he start when i push on the power button (the booting noise is ok, and when i push on the two sound button i hear the noise, and i think os X have boots) , but their are nothing appear on the screen, i have did two test:

1.I have try with an external screen (TV) but nothing appear on my tv, i haven't dvi screen for test on a computer screen ...

My powerbook model is the firts generation of powerbook 17" and the waranty finished (sorry for my english i am french)

Thank you for all information if you have understand my problems

If no video appears on an external monitor, then it is likely that your logic board is defective and not your display.
