 Post subject: Thickness Thermal Pad for PB G4 12" ? Please help

Hi

I have to replace the thermal pads in an Powerbook G4 12" but I'm not sure for the right thickness to use:

1mm or 1,5 mm ?

Would 7W/mk pads are o.k. ?

On the CPU I will apply AC-MX2 paste.
