Hey everybody...this is my first time posting here. I just had a quick question that I thought someone here could answer. I have a 12in. 867 powerbook. The superdrive and dc in board need to be replaced. I can get my hands on a 12in. 1GHz. Will the HD from the 867 plug into the 1GHz without having to do anything? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes it will. You can just take the drive from the 867 and swap it into the 1GHZ without doing anything else.
