I’m replacing my iPod Touch from a 32 to the new 64, how hard is this upgrade going to be? I run Mac, iTunes is 9! Is everything going to be automatic?

Just make sure you do a backup on your old one, then just restore it onto the new one. shouldn't be a problem.
