Reset iPod model A1019

I was giving a used iPod model A1019 (20 GB) and I was testing it when it froze up. I cannot use it now. I need the steps to reset the iPod.

And I need to buy a replacement for the headphone jack which is partially broken.

If you connect it to your computer, it should give an option to restore. If the computer does not detect it, there is most likely something wrong with the hard drive or the logic board.

We no longer carry parts for that iPod in our store but you may be able to find them elsewhere.
