After replacing the LCD in my MacBook Air v1, the iSight camera doesn't work. It' isn't shown in the properties window or whatever it's called, similar to windows device manager. I'm wondering if there's any way to identify whether it is the camera board or the LVDS cable. Any help would be great.

There unfortunately isn't a way to tell which is the cause without finding a physical issue with the cable and replacing parts.
