Slower and slower...

It seems to me that over the past year my 400 mhz Powerbook G4 Titanium has gotten progressively slower in performance.
The most notable of which is web video, I don't even click on them anymore because they rarely run for me. I know this is a really old laptop, but it still works wonderfully and I refuse to give up on it! I'd love to hear some suggestions/experiences from the group as to things I cold do to get my speed back. Is a processor upgrade on this possible? If so, what/how?

You can upgrade to a 500MHz, but it would require a new logic board which will probably be a couple hundred bucks. Generally, web content is getting a higher and higher size and bitrate, so older machines are slowly having more and more problems displaying internet content.

I would just make sure you are running with 1GB of RAM and if you already are, I would honestly start looking at getting a new machine. You can get refurbs for $800 or less now.
