Just bought a VST clamshell charger.What do the lights mean?

I bought a VST charger from PM to charge a new clamshell battery (that I also bought from PM) - as well as an older, but good clamshell battery.
What do the lights mean? (red flashing, yellow flashing, yellow steady)
Also, what are the charging procedures?
I assume that I can do two at a time.....
Since no instructions came with the unit, is there online documentation for this charger?

Here are the general instructions. There is no online documentation:

Amber = Charging
Green = Charged
Red or Flashing Red = Dead Battery
Blinking Amber = Awaiting Charge

If you put two batteries in the charger, it charges one at a time and will give a blinking amber on the other battery until the first battery is charged.
