Pismo won't startup

Here's my problem..... when the power button is pressed I can here the hardrive powerup and spin but about 10 seconds into the startup, nothing. No power light, no beeps, no chime. The battery is good and will charge with the adapter plugged into the laptop. I've tried resetting the pram, pulling out the battery and using just AC power and getting exactly the same results. Any ideas??

Typical signs of processor failure. There's a small chance it could be the logic board, but the odds are you need to have the processor replaced.
