OK Pismo - 400 - OS 9.2.2 - 128 ram Runs great on adapter.
i have the common no charge no run on battery condition.
orig battery.
when I press the button on the battery it blinks twice real fast then goes blank.
the computer says there's a battery in the bay but it's not charging.
how likely is it that I need a new power manager board?
could it simply be that the battery is toast? it is 4 years old after all.
battery may have sat uncharged for extended time.
have tried reset of the pram, vram, open firmware reset-all.
tried battery reset 2.0 and it would not install.
Please help
