 Post subject: Pismo won't boot

I have a G3 Powerbook (Pismo Model). It has not been used for well over a year. I tried to start it up today and ... nothing! No start-up chime, no noise, nothing. I assumed that the battery was dead and plugged in the power adapter... still nothing. The lights on the batterry don't even light up. Any suggestions? Is this a PRAM battery Issue?
