 Post subject: need info on how to get systems running on my powerbook

i have just bought a powerbook second hand and it won't let me access any programs it says that it has been deleted I geuss the previous owner deleted the wrong files and know nothing works properly! HELP!

You probably won't be able to run any applications. I'd reccomend just erasing the hard drive and reinstalling a new system.
