I have a Pismo G3 500. What would be the benefit to upgrading to G4 :?:

Speed. The new G3 900 is significantly faster than your current processor, and will run programs much faster. If speed isn't a major deal with you, then I say don't upgrade, but if you'd like your programs to run faster, do.
