A year or two ago I purchased one of the 525 MHz G4 upgrade processors for my Pismo that were offered through Powerbook Medic. It's been great, but now I need to upgrade some software that will now require 512 MB RAM while I have only 256.
My memory tells me (perhaps incorrectly) that this particular board won't take any more RAM. Is that true, or is it possible to install 512 or more?

The max ram in a Pismo is 1GB achieved by using two 512mb chips. The original specs for ram were correct at the time, but since then larger chips were made that make the original specs incorrect.
