I have a couple of problems with my display and I hope I can get some advice.
Problem 1.
There is a slight darkening of the screen at the bottom of the display. The bottom corner edges have dark elongated triangles - as if the bottom edges are starting to bow upwards.
Problem 2.
The colors on shapes and imagery is starting to distort. Edges of solids are not crisp but have what look like vertical lines drawn through the first few pixels into the colors. It's most noticable on curved edges. In addition, the gradient shadows (on OSX windows) are are not smooth, but have what I can only discribe as a banded or posterized look to them.
Both problems seem to have appeared at the same time. Any thoughts? TIA

It's a common issue. You need to replace your display. We sell the part at our online store, or we can do the repair for you.
