What is PowerbookMedic.com?
PowerbookMedic.com started out on eBay in 1998 where we offered a small selection of parts to the growing eBay community. (Our seller id is wallachee) We slowly offered more and more repair services as we saw our customers were uncomfortable doing some repairs themselves. We also added repair manuals so customers could attempt to perform the repairs themselves. As our business grew, we saw the importance of opening a website to better serve our customer needs. So, in December 2002 we opened our first online store. Since then we've tried many different styles of websites in order to make the Powerbookmedic.com experience as painless as possible for our customers. We hope our current site will do just that.

What services do you offer and at what price?
We offer several services including installations, repairs, manuals, and parts. We also offer hard drive installations, memory upgrades, hard drive upgrade, processor upgrades, etc.. For more information, please click on the links on the navigation bar.

Are your parts new/used/refurbished?
Most of our service parts are new and refurbished products. All parts carry a standard 60 day warranty on top of any manufacturer warranties (if any.)

Where are you located?
Our address is below. However, please contact our customer service department before sending a unit in for repair or installation, or returning a part. Those who have not contacted customer service will have their units or parts returned. Also note that we do not have a retail location open to the public. We are strictly an online business at this time.
